And I am a writer, writer of fictions

As Spring Break came to a close I felt the weight of the rest of the semester on my shoulders. I am struggling with my inner procrastinator that has become embedded into my very core. I feel like I am fighting apart of who I am. The good or bad news is I am one book analysis, research paper and two group projects away from finishing my first semester at UT. Everyone has been telling me that time is going to fly by and I am anticipating some all-nighters and lots of caffeine in my future. I wish I could say Spring Break was restful but with work and some family in town it was anything but. We did have a great time with excellent food and a little Austin entertainment. It was also so fun to see so many people at Cody's wedding. I am glad there are a few opportunities each year to see so many old friends. It makes me miss the time I spent at ACU. There really are not many places like it.

I love to blog on Friday's. It is a time that I feel like things have slowed down enough for me to actually take a moment to update my life. Tonight Dad, Hayden, Stephanie (co-worker), her boys and I are headed to San Antonio to see the Spurs play the Pistons. We have box seats again and I'm pretty excited. Via Con Dios.

These are my adorable 2nd cousins we had a lunch picnic with last week. Could they be sweeter?
