I won't claim to know everything about the country, considering I was there for less than 5 days, but it was one of the best trips of my life, truly magical. Things I did learn: the country should be praised for it's hospitality, friendly people, and beautiful sites. Everyone should know it may cost a lot to fly there, but once you are, your money can go a long way (especially when you find guys to pay for you:). This week I was so sleep deprived, a little sick, and yet had a wonderful feeling of total amazement because of how much we did in such a short amount of time. Kika-as her friends affectionately call her-took out 8 hrs. of her busy life just to make sure I wouldn't be traveling alone. Great friend. My Spanish is not so good you see, practically non-existent. I am a shame to my heritage. Who knows where I would have ended up without her help. These are some pictures of our time in Oaxaca.
