I had such a wonderful weekend I don't know where to start. It was great to see so many familiar faces, to be reminded of my weird competitive sing song nature, and being at a home away from home. I have a special place in my heart for Abilene. Anyway, here are some highlights from the weekend:
*I loved meeting Noah. It was crazy to hold the child of a dear friend. (this was my favorite picture of this sweet baby boy.)
*I loved meeting Noah. It was crazy to hold the child of a dear friend. (this was my favorite picture of this sweet baby boy.)
*I loved seeing Kara in her pregnant glory. I can't wait until those babies are born!
*Sitting next to Rosie during Sing Song. Watching Siggies and GSP take it home for the sixth year was pretty moving. I am embarrassed to say I got a little choked up.
*Perhaps the best thing of all is spending time with so many great friends and their families now. Sometimes the visits are few and far between but I love how things pick up where they left off. Those are special relationships to me. They all are the reason that I had such a great college experience. Girls Weekend 2007 will bring along some more great reunions...
*Last was the ride home with Hayden. First we stopped by Jacob's Ladder at ACU because I hadn't seen it yet. I was glad that we did. We listened to some some great music, talked about the past, the present, the future...and reflected on the great friends we have.
Thank God it is Friday. This will be my first weekend off to enjoy, do a LITTLE homework, a lot of fixing up my new place....(pictures later), and I'm thinking some heavy duty sleeping is in order. Love to all and Happy Weekend.

I am glad you got to come for Sing Song. I love to see your competitive nature come to the surface! next up...waterball.
I love you Jen! I can't wait to see you, again. Soon? I Hope! -Mo
It was great to you see you Jen. I don't think Noah liked you- what were you doing to him in that picture? Why would you make him cry?
And I would like to go on record as saying that it was NOT my fault he was crying even though I was holding him:) I swear.
I loved this post, Jen. I love our girl time together and I get choked up at Sing Song EVERY time, too! I'm glad we're friends:)
