Stick it to the Man

I started classes again this week. There are not enough hours in the day for all the things that I would like to accomplish and still be able to sleep a decent amount to function the next day. This has led to a sleepy, grumpy and partially unmotivated at school and work Jen that I do not like to be. Later I will post some things about our family Hawaii trip if I ever get the time to do that. For now I would like to use this web space to vent out some pointless things that I have been thinking about this week instead of being productive with my limited time.

The fact that Lindsay Lohan is as famous as she is makes me angry. I do not think that post The Parent Trap remake anyone should have spent their time or money making her famous. She is a waisted pop culture icon.

I realize that this may be controversial but recently I have been a little bothered by the fact that there are parents on facebook and the numbers are surprisingly rising. Now, I have nothing against parents, I love parents, I have two great ones, but for some reason I like to keep my web life restricted to peers and, you know, the rest of the world. It's not the fact that I have anything to hide, but it was designed for college students to network and keep in touch with one another. That is why our parents have classmates.com.

On a more positive note, my favorite thing that I have heard this week was a quote from Hayden when he said, "Science is so cool" after being fascinated by a beer that had been in the freezer just a few minutes too long. (Kara I thought that you would appreciate that!)

I'll write later when I am in a better mood but for now I feel like annoyed Joe.

I totally agree with everything you wrote! Why do parents even want to get on facebook? Kinda strange.

Noah hates the fact that I'm on facebook. He always gets embarrassed when I post baby talk on his wall.
